Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At De Bella Decor, all our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, which is why we follow a strict exchange-only policy.


Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
  • Exchanges are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or breakage.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An opening/unboxing video is compulsory to request an exchange.
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish without any cuts.
  • Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product.
  • You cannot exchange the item for a different product of higher, lower, or equal value.
  • The replacement product will be dispatched after verification and approval of the exchange request.

No Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
  • Due to the handcrafted and festive nature of our products, returns based on personal preference, colour variation, or design expectations are not permitted.

No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds, whether full or partial.
  • Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into processing and cannot be cancelled.
  • No refunds will be issued after order confirmation for any reason.

Product Variations Disclaimer

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, embroidery, or detailing are inherent to handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
  • Product images are for reference only and may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.
