Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
At De Bella Decor, all our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, which is why we follow a strict exchange-only policy.
Exchange Policy
- We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
- Exchanges are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or breakage.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
- An opening/unboxing video is compulsory to request an exchange.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish without any cuts.
- Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same product.
- You cannot exchange the item for a different product of higher, lower, or equal value.
- The replacement product will be dispatched after verification and approval of the exchange request.
No Return Policy
- We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
- Due to the handcrafted and festive nature of our products, returns based on personal preference, colour variation, or design expectations are not permitted.
No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds, whether full or partial.
- Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into processing and cannot be cancelled.
- No refunds will be issued after order confirmation for any reason.
Product Variations Disclaimer
- Minor variations in colour, texture, embroidery, or detailing are inherent to handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
- Product images are for reference only and may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.
