However, as our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, size, texture, embroidery, or finish may occur. These natural variations are a part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects. Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and major digital wallets. Bulk or customised order payment terms may vary and will be communicated separately. Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into processing and cannot be modified or cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer accordingly.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer Pan-India shipping and international shipping to select countries. Free shipping is available on domestic orders above ₹1,499. Delivery timelines vary based on location, product availability, and courier partner. Estimated delivery timelines are 3–5 working days for domestic orders after dispatch and 5–10 working days for international orders after dispatch. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges, if applicable. While we strive for timely delivery, De Bella Decor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
We follow a strict exchange-only policy. Exchanges are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or broken items and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing or opening video is mandatory for all exchange requests. Exchanges are permitted only for the same product. Exchange with any other product of higher, lower, or equal value is not allowed. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds, whether full or partial. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. Minor variations inherent to handcrafted products are not considered defects.

Each product is accompanied by recommended care instructions. Customers are responsible for proper handling, storage, and usage of products. De Bella Decor is not liable for damage caused due to improper care, exposure to water, chemicals, heat, or rough handling.
